2.1 Preparation before use:
2.1.1 Place the machine smoothly and check whether the cover is closed smoothly
2.1.2 Power Supply required by the model.
2.1.3 Check whether the position of the oil surface of the vacuum pump is correct. If it is incorrect, adjust it
2.1.4 Grounding the device properly.
2.1.5 Lift up the studio, turn on the power, turn on the power switch, turn on the vacuum pump switch, and check whether the vacuum pump runs normally. (If the sound is unpleasant and does not pump, it is likely that the vacuum pump motor is reversed, and any two phases in the three-phase power supply should be adjusted. In winter, it is necessary to heat the machine for 2-3 minutes, so that the vacuum pump is fully lubricated before working. 2.2 Adjustment before use:
2.2.1 Select vacuum degree: Select the pumping time according to the process requirements. Generally, the limit vacuum degree needs to be above 30s.
2.2.2 Select heating temperature: Select the required heating temperature according to the film coating material, and set the temperature controller to the corresponding value. (Generally 110-135 degrees)
2.3 Turn on: turn on the power switch, then turn on the heating switch, heat up to the preset temperature, put the product on the tray or cardboard, lay it flat in the lower work room, press the manual drop plate switch (that is, the work switch) in the lower right corner by hand, then pull the cover film from the back to the front and put it on the suction film, pull the top cover to the front with both hands, and press down with both hands. The equipment automatically vacuums, fits the body, cuts off the whole film, and then deflates, pulls up the top cover by hand, moves the product away and divides the packaging, puts the product into the workspace again, and enters the next working cycle. If the packaging product is high in height and heavy in weight, please open the equipment packaging switch and carry out body packaging. 2.4 Shutdown: When you stop working, turn off the heating switch, vacuum pump switch, power switch, and disconnect the power supply of the whole machine. The equipment is equipped with emergency stop function, if there are special circumstances, please turn off the vacuum pump switch, you can stop working and exhaust, cover up.
