1. Preparation before startup

1. Equipment inspection: Confirm that the equipment is placed steadily, the power cord and interface are not damaged, the filter and drain outlet are not blocked, and all valves are closed.


2. Water injection ready: Open the inlet valve of the water tank, inject clean water to the "highest water level line" of the water tank, and close the inlet valve after filling to avoid overflow.

3. Material pretreatment: Sort the materials to be cleaned, remove the rotten and deteriorated parts, and pick out hard objects such as stones and metals to prevent damage to the equipment or affecting the cleaning effect.



2. Power on operation

1. Power on standby: Connect the main power supply, press the device main switch, wait for the control panel indicator light to turn on, and enter standby mode.

2. Parameter adjustment: Set parameters based on material type

-Soft materials (leafy vegetables, strawberries): Adjust the vortex power to a low level and set the cleaning time to 3-5 minutes.

-Hard materials (carrots, shellfish): Adjust the eddy current power to high and set the cleaning time to 5-8 minutes.

3. Feeding start: Spread the materials evenly in the cleaning tank to avoid concentrated accumulation, and the feeding amount should not exceed 80% of the rated capacity of the tank. 4. Cleaning and maintenance

1. Drain accumulated water: Turn off the power and inlet valve, open the water tank drain, and completely drain the remaining accumulated water inside.

2. Clean the filter screen: Disassemble the filter screen, rinse off any remaining impurities and debris with a high-pressure water gun, rinse it clean, then reinstall it in its original position and ensure a secure installation.

3. Equipment flushing: Rinse the inner wall, discharge port, and pipelines of the cleaning tank thoroughly with clean water to remove residual materials and stains, ensuring that there is no accumulated water.
