Supported by the IoT system, raw material information is recorded and connected to the full-chain traceability system to achieve complete source tracking. All equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with no sanitary dead corners. Detachable structures facilitate cleaning and disinfection. Fully enclosed operation minimizes manual contact and cross-contamination, fully meeting international food hygiene certification requirements.After mixing, materials are automatically delivered to the core working sections including forming, post-processing, quick freezing, packaging and online inspection, which determine product standardization and market competitiveness. Meat paste is transported through sealed pipelines to the automatic patty former.
